Customer's Fault Description
Wire to connect to the chair badly worn and the foot rest button does not work and the foot rest button as come off
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Chair control arrived safely from Chorley and on inspection the cable was damaged, one of the buttons was detached from the membrane, the PCB was heavily contaminated due to decomposed button contacts and one of the LEDs was blown.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind), then replacement conductive pads glued under each of the main buttons, the membrane silicon glued and the LED replaced.
