Elevate Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No buttons working at moment
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner chair remoter arrived safely from Wareham and on inspection was found to be as normal but the cable entry point was damaged.
The customer was contacted and it was revealed that the remote was intermittent and would work if the cable was flexed. The cable was cut back and resoldered into position bypassing the break.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return as its not known if the "Dead" issue mentioned when calling the customer is related to the damaged cable. The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
