Customer's Fault Description
I should be getting a blue light when I press the up/down button, although there a five buttons only the top one opens / closes the door, however, all I get now is a red light when I press the button and of course the garage door does not open or close.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door remote arrived safely from Darlington and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press. The frequency was confirmed to be correct at 868Mhz.
As the remote is transmitting as normal on each button this has classed the item as no fault found.
The customer is to "pair" the item again with the garage door receiver.
