Flameritefire Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Have put new battery and bulbs in. Light is on on all buttons but still not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This heater remote control arrived safely from Wiltshire and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
The code being sent was confirmed to be a correct for this model.
The Dial on the back of the remote has visible signs of scuffing, this dial is used to set the secret code for the heater, therefore it is thought that either the issue is a fault with the receiver or that someone has turned the dial and "off" coded the remote from the receiver.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
