Dunlopillo Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Outer cable shedding its covering
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Handset control for an electric adjustable bed arrived safely and on inspection the cable was found to be badly damaged.
A replacement straight black cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly white kind).
The batteries that are inside the remote are reading 6Volts instead of 9 meaning these will need to be replaced soon.
