quattro Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Hi, the motor mover only allows us to move the caravan forward. No other function works. Thanks

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Motor Mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic button response.

The facia was peeled back which revealed that the button contacts had suffered corrosion (see image).

The print / contacts were reworked which restored full functionality.
