Customer's Fault Description
Not powering up at all and won't move caravan
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittently powering on.
When opened it was found to have suffered a battery leak with various open circuit traces being found due to corrosion. There print was reworked which restored the power response but the RF signal was not present. Unfortunately it was found that the RF module was at fault which has rendered a repair not possible.
