Customer's Fault Description
The casing on the flex cord is disintegrating in places and coming away. We had temporarily used some tape to cover the exposed wiring.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Remote control for a raise and recliner chair arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a damaged cable.

A replacement straight cable was fitted and conductive pads glued under each of the main buttons.
