HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : The casing on the flex cord is disintegrating in places and coming away. We had temporarily used some tape to cover the exposed wiring.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for a raise and recliner chair arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted and conductive pads glued under each of the main buttons.
