Customer's Fault Description
battery within the remote controller continually runs down and will not last 18 holes of golf.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This golf trolley remote arrived safely and on testing was found to slowly drain any battery inserted.
Unfortunately the issue could not be properly pinpointed, after talking to the customer it was concluded to make a cut off switch so that the battery can be isolated from the PCB without removing it. This switch was fitted on the bottom of the remote as can be seen in the pictures below.
