Customers Fault Description : No power.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead intermittently.
This was found to be due to impacted battery terminals. The terminals were reworked and strengthened using reinforced solder.
Full functionality was restored.
