Ceiling Fan - Light Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Not working at all. Please help!!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for a ceiling fan arrived safely and on inspection was found to ratle when shook. The remote was dead.
When opened the oscillator was found to have broken away from the PCB, this was replaced and then replacement button contacts fitted due to worn contacts.
Full functionality was restored.
