Reich GmbH Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Battery attachment clip has come off the wires, the wire have become too short to be fix to battery. I also suspect a wire has broken or become detached under the printed circuit board. Battery cover also missing!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing as well as the battery clip.
A replacement battery cable / clip was fitted which restored full functionality. A replacement battery cover was also supplied as we had a spare from a scrap remote.
