Controls not functioning
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have some non functioning buttons (7,4, stop, back, List and the red and green pointer buttons)

This was due to contamination over the button array edge connector. The connector was cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality to all buttons.
