Customer's Fault Description
Water dripped into the remote holder. Since then it only works sporadically. I replaced the battery but it didn't help
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Kitchen extraction Hood remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a few erroneous button responses. All 5 buttons were replaced and the PCB given an alcohol bath.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return. A battery will be supplied fitted on return.
