Purpleline Quattro Ego400 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Purpleline Quattro

Model : Ego400

Customers Fault Description : No life in remote control, no lights showing. Changed new batteries but still no life in remote control.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan mover remote control hands set arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to its double power button press.

This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
