Customer's Fault Description
We got two of these when we moved to our house. This one has never worked. We tried replacing batteries (takes tiny 397 batteries) but no luck. So we just use the other one but now that has gone missing so I tried to fiddle with this one and one of the battery enclose metal bits snapped. I hope this is something you may be able to repair?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door remote fob arrived safely and on inspection was dead due to the battery terminals being damaged / detached. The terminal was soldered back into position which then restored full functionality with a strong signal being present on each button press.
