Customer's Fault Description
Battery level display continues to flash when new battery fitted. Unable to use SET/Off, and flam level buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator.

The voltage regulator was replaced which restored full functionality.  All buttons were tested and a strong signal was present on each press.
