Customer's Fault Description
It was dropped on the floor and came apart. We put it back together but it does not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Garage door remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

On opening one of the metal strip terminals was found top be bent slightly which made a battery connection to loose. The terminal was bent back into position and reassembled which then restored full functionality with a strong RF signal being present on the centre button.
