Customers Fault Description : Remote control needs repaired.

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
The remote was tested over a 3 day period with our test receiver at random intervals with no issue being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found, it is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself.
