Customer's Fault Description
Does not appear to be coming on even with new batteries. Do not think it is transmitting a signal.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be totally dead.

This was found to be due to the voltage regulator.  Once the regulator was replaced full functionality was restored with a strong RF signal being present on all directional button presses.
