Somfy Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Somfy
Customers Fault Description : remote was dropped on the floor and has not worked since! (my husband did it!)
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motorised roller blind remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to respond on each button press as per normal with a strong RF signal being present.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being found.
