HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : The remote control is fully working but the curly wire has been taped at the top end. I am guessing this is to hide exposed wires. I will need the cable replacing please.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged cable. Also the main button contacts were slightly worn.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
