Customers Fault Description : Faulty cable on the remote attached side. Back rest function will not operate unless cable is wiggled.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Riser Recliner chair handset arrived safely and on inspection one of the inner cables was detached.

The cable was reworked and refitted which restored full functionality.
