REMOCON Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : REMOCON
Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons seem to work. I have replaced the battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Security Gate remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the battery that was inside the remote was oversized, this had damaged part of one of the terminals.
The terminal was reworked and then the correct battery inserted which restored full functionality.
