Wires have broken away from remote control, not working at all. The remote is identical to the remote on your page. Black/blue remote control on a flexi cable.

This remote arrived safely and on inspection weas found to have a badly damaged cable.

A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
