Customer's Fault Description
Black wire broken off battery connector.
Intermittent fault with ignition control but light always works.
Flame up and flame down controls work first time always.
Off control works first time always.
Battery cover broken.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing its retaining latch, this cover cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
This Battery cover was found to be damaged as well as one of the buttons. The cable and all 4 buttons were replaced.
