Customer's Fault Description
Bought Caravan second hand last summer. Remote was a bit battered and bruised but functioning fine. Yesterday, went to move the caravan and the remote didn't work. Caravan battery fine, changed batteries in remote, tried re-pairing with unit in caravan but no joy. No green light on remote when switched on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was dead.

This was due to the negative PCB terminal being rusted open circuit.  The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
