Customer's Fault Description
LED screen damaged I took it apart to clean the buttons and incorrectly positioned the LED screen, when I tightened the screws it then broke!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This AV remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged LCD screen.  

Unfortunately this display is not available as a spare, we did look through our scrap bins for a suitable replacement display but sadly none could be found.

Due to the lack of a spare display a repair has not been possible.
