FANTASIA Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Was unused for over a year The remote is Dead
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing and the remote rattled when shook. Also there were cracks in the case.
The cosmetic issues cannot be repaired as spare cases are not available.
The remote when tested was totally dead. This was due to all the buttons being open circuit. All buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
