Customers Fault Description : No buttons work, was an intermittent but now nothing works
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Raiser recliner chair remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable with an open circuit core.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).
