Valour Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote not working will not switch on fire

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dream gold electric fire model 843 remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to transmit repeatedly without any button being pressed.

This was due to contamination over the button array, the array was cleaned up and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the button pads.

Full functionality was restored.
