Bose Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote was working until we changed the battery it stopped working

This Bose Lifestyle remote control arrived safely and on inspection there was a missing button cap from the front of the remote and the back button rocker cover missing, these cannot be replaced as spares are not available, this is the reason we do not repair cosmetic issues.
On testing the remote would power up when the batteries were inserted but then would power down and no buttons would respond.
This was found to be due to a scratch in the print causing two open circuits. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
