Customers Fault Description : 1. Remote does not control fan/light h it used too) 2. Remote light transmit remains on when any button is pressed
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal.
The remote was tested over a 12 hour period at random intervals without an issue being replicated.
After talking to he customer it was decided that a clone may be the better option due to the intermittent nature of the fault. Please see the image bellow for a depiction of the clone in relation to the original.
The payment on this page is for a clone and not a repair as stated. A clone was supplied
