Customers Fault Description : On and off button not working and red light stays on if remote switches on and seems to flatten the battery .
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have faulty buttons, all 5 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
