HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : Top 2 buttons which raise and lower the chair back are inoperable.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Riser Recliner 5 button 8 pin remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and also worn button contacts.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads glued under each of the main buttons.
