Bionaire BEF 6500 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote control has stopped working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
The Electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal on each button press. The code being transmitted was found to be correct for this model.
The remote was opened to check for defects but none could be found.
This was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals with no issues being found.
