Customer's Fault Description
The unit does not start the gas fire. When operating the light on the remote control is yellow in colour when it should be green
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not be transmitting an infra red signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty IR led.  Once replaced full functionality was restored.
