The buttons to make the lifter go up and down dont work these are the main buttons used

This Tv lifter remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to respond to all button presses including the up / down buttons.
The remote was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals but no issue could be replicated.
It is possible that the issue is with the lift / receiver itself.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
