Customers Fault Description : The buttons to make the lifter go up and down dont work these are the main buttons used
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Tv lifter remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to respond to all button presses including the up / down buttons.
The remote was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals but no issue could be replicated.
It is possible that the issue is with the lift / receiver itself.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
