Teac RC-613 Remote Repair Details

These two Teac Cassette R-H500 player remote controls arrived safely and on testing one was found to have a few non functioning buttons and the other have intermittent signals on all button presses.
The first remote was opened to reveal that a large amount of corrosion had occurred due to an apparent battery leak / contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
The second remote was found to have a bad solder joint on the IR LED, when resoldered full functionality was restored.
