Customers Fault Description : the reset button has been a bit hit and miss for a short while but today it was in the most tilted up position for my husband to sit in but then no button will work and we are unable to use the chair because we cannot even reset it. none of the buttons will shift anything.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have an intermittent LED, the LED was replaced an the rest of the remote tested as ok.
