Customer's Fault Description
The remote is not powering on at all. I have replaced the batteries with brand new and there is no response from the on/off button
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to its double power button press.

This was found to be due to a worn power button contact.  A replacement conductive pad was glued into place which restored full functionality and the item springs to life each time the power button is double pressed.
