RK move control Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : RK move control

Customers Fault Description : On off button doesn’t work- no red light Has been intermittent for a while Now unresponsive- tried new battery

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not respond to its double power button press.

This was due to a faulty battery cable. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
