The down arrow button doesn't work. All the rest are fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Remote control for a Riva 67 gas fire arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available (i did have a look through our scrap bins but a suitable replacement could not be found)

On testing the down button was confirmed to not respond.  The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
