Customers Fault Description : The remote is not working. I think the cable seems to have pulled out of the remote. If I jiggle it about, it starts up for a couple of seconds.

This recliner remote control arrived safely and on testing the cable was found to have an intermittent break internally.
A replacement straight corded cable was supplied (we cannot get the curly kind and the curly kind are problematic)
