Naim nac 4 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Naim

Model : nac 4

Customers Fault Description : It works when mess with the batteries and then stops if you push mute several times it can work then stops again very temperamental

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have very erratic button response.  On opening there was signs of a battery leak but the issue was found to be due to bad joints on the main IC.  The IC was reflowed which restored full functionality.
