HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : The cable on the remote has been taped and needs replacing and the cable near the 8 pin socket also nees replacing or alternatively shortening to remove the damaged area
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote Control and Lead for a Riser Recliner Chair arrived safely and both were found to have cable damage. We don't replace the extension cables as we cannot get them, therefore instead we bypassed the need for the extension cable and fitted a long straight cable to the remote (we cannot get curly cable). The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
