Carver Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : After adjusting batteries is can work but not always… seems to be a loose connection . Then have to move batteries again to get it to work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power. This was due to dry solder joints on the PCB for the battery connections. The solder was reflowed which restored full functionality.The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
