Glow Worm Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Glow Worm
Customers Fault Description : Pressed the ‘ok’ button. Screen flashed on then went blank. Unit now refuses to turn on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Thermostat controller arrived safely and on testing was found to power up as normal with normal button response.
The remote was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals with no issues being replicated.
Unfortunately without seeing a fault a repair cannot be carried out, the customer is to re-test the remote using new batteries (please do note the orientation).
As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
