Battery tray will not engage.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Electric Fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection had its battery tray half inserted upside own into the remote.

When opened this was found to have deformed the spring terminal (see image). The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality.
