RCS01C Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Battery contacts missing

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This electric fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have missing battery terminals.

All terminals were replaced but unfortunately the remote was found to be dead.  This was found to be due to the main IC being at fault, sadly this IC is encased under a large black blob of resin making a repair not possible.
